Delivery Information

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

  • All product orders are subject to availability.
  • Should the requested product in no more in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of same or higher quality and value that you can order and replace your previous product order.
  • If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse you full amount of payment.  

 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Upon payment confirmation, we will send out any order received before 12 pm (Monday to Friday)
    • If no delivery date is specified in the Order Confirmation – delivery within 3 – 7 business days 
    • If delivery date is stated in the Order Confirmation – order must be placed before 12 PM, 3 business days before the intended Delivery Date.
  • Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
  • If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full reimbursement of amount paid.
  • No delivery is made to home address on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public holidays.
  • For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.

 DELIVERY COST

  • Delivery cost will be based on the location, and the total weight of the equipment.
  • Subject to handling fee (20% of total weight price) and fuel surcharge (15% of the total weight price).

SELF PICKUP

  • Purchase using the self-pickup option need to be collected within 7 business days of the purchase date.
  • If customer do not collect the order within the stipulated time without prior notification, the order will be deem as cancelled and full refund will be issued accordingly.
  • Should customer would like to change the delivery option from SELF PICKUP to DELIVERY, please send request via email to customercare@f1-recreation.com.my stating your order together with the purchase receipt; no later than 5 business days from the date of the purchase.
