Day 2 of the @eleikosport Weightlifting Level 1 course wrapped up with power, precision, and purpose 🔥🏋️

The day kicked off with a review before diving straight into practical jerk and clean & jerk sessions. Participants then explored programming lectures and live case studies, bringing theory to life in real-time.

In the afternoon, partner sessions pushed everyone to design short training plans, evaluate performance, and coach @si_merrill each other — putting new skills to the test.

We ended the course with Q&A, wrap-up, and reflections, leaving everyone more confident and equipped to take their lifting and coaching further. 🚀
